according to the fact, that you give not a single detail about your operating system and email application the only general solution fitting all configurations is:

  1. Save your document as PDF file using File -> Export as PDF (keep in mind the location where you saved your PDF)
  2. Open your email application
  3. Compose you message and use Add attachment / Attach (whatever it is named in your email application to attach documents)
  4. Select the file from the file picker dialog
  5. Click Send (whatever the button is named in your email application to finally send a message)
