From the main menu ... Insert > Envelope

Of course that make no sense whatsoever, but why put things where users might expect them?

You can read about the whole process in the Writer Guide 6 on page 150:
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/i...
The heading is: Printing envelopes

Which of course you do not find anywhere near other printing functions.
Insert makes far more sense. (to someone ...)

Hello,

Printing an envelope is the same as printing any other document - menu File->Print.

If instead you wish to create an envelope - menu Insert->Envelope. It is toward the end of the list and you may need to scroll down to get at it.

For more on envelopes, see the LO documentation LibreOffice Writer Guide, Chapter 14 - Mail Merge.
