In Draw, copying a frame or box to a new page will not respect the positioning.

I am trying to to copy page numbers in a many paged draw document. I have the page number in a text box and am copying it to the new pages but the positioning is not maintained, usually the y-position.
Also I would like to be able to adjust the page number field to start at some off-set number but can’t see how to do that either!

Try the following: On page 1, choose Insert>Slide Number from the menu. Position the number as desired.
For more pages, select Slide>Slide Duplicate from the menu.

With me Windows 10 Home; Version 1903; 64-Bit | LibreOffice, Version: 6.3.1.2 (x64).

I don’t have that option in my version of Draw, just insert - field and there page number is an option, but positioning it depends upon a box. AND no offsetting allowed! Version: 6.0.7.3
