Beginning with numeric characters and only numeric characters, the cell displays incorrectly.
Is it a bug ?
What does it show? I don’t understand what you call incorrectly(a screenshot showing alignment of values formatted in a proportional font is not suitable to demonstrate any alignment problem)
Please take a look at cell B7, it should look like cell B13 or B19.
And cell B3 & B4, they should look like cell B9 & B10 or B15 & B16.
Row 2 to 7, they are Droid Sans Thai.
Row 8 to 13, they are Droid Sans.
Row 14 to 19, they are Liberation Sans.
I just compared using different fonts.
Yepp - that’s is my comment about: Now you explain, what you expected readers to evaluate from a screenshot on their own assumptions.
Droid Sans Thai (and other Droid Sans … fonts) does not contain Arabic (“ASCII”) numeric digits or any characters from the Basic-Latin subset but only characters from the Thai subset, hence some fall-back is used. This fall-back seems to be different for text containing mixed Latin letters and digits and text of only digits, apparently some fullwidth digit characters are picked in the pure numeric case. Droid Sans (contrary to Droid Sans …) does contain Basic-Latin subset characters.

For an ordinary user, this is very difficult for me to understand.
In version 6.3.1.2-2, there was no problem.

And why are in cell B2, B5 and B6 correct ?
I have no idea, and I overlooked that in cells B3 and B4 even the mixed case results in fullwidth digits. Maybe those text portions are formatted individually? Whatever, might be worth to report it as bug and attach the sample document, I doubt this is intentional.
