Is there any way to prevent the dropdown menu (file, edit, view, etc) to overlap the menu?

it will be great if the menu is completely visible, not to get covered/overlapped with the content. here's the screenshot

edit: update to Version: 6.3.2.2 Build ID: 1:6.3.2-1~bpo10+1 CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 4.19; UI render: GL; VCL: kde5; image description the menu is viewable, but cannot be scrolled anymore, wonder if there's setting to change the menu as scrolling menu.
