I try to enter a formula as : 6-0.5*B2, I get a value or name error according to the point I replace with a comma. The left column went without issue : A2+1 : B3 is always faulty. Is it a bug ?

According to your picture, your locale is “French” and decimal separator is comma not period.
If you enter 5.5 in a French-locale spreadsheet, the sequence is insterpreted as a string, which is confirmed by “5.5” being left-aligned instead of right-aligned for numbers.
Replacing the comma by a period should fix the problem.
