Lone . in a cell turns into a 0 on reload (Calc)

Its a .csv file, which I’m sure is important. Is there anyway to stop it from turning into a 0?

Can you show here a CSV line with the issue?, please remove any private information.

Edited:

I think the issue is the point is interpreted as number then result in a zero.
It can be solved by set up the column as text in the import window.
Click on the column head and select column type.

The first one shows how it is supposed to look. The second one shows what happens on reload. And the third one shows the file in Notepad. The file is tab delimited. Thanks for your help.
