I hope you understand that it is impossible to provide answer to such question. You mentioned 70 cells, but provided 5 numbers. You didn’t say how did you try to sum these numbers… etc… The best thing is to upload somewhere example file and to put it here in comments.

Maybe the values are formatted as text. What is the decimal separator for your country? Is it a point or a comma? If you share an example file it could help.
