The “please enter your question” space is limited. For this one, “Can someone help with conditional formula?” could suffice. When you need to use abbreviations in the “question frame”, you should move the body of your issue to the details pane instead. There you have sufficient space for your entire question, typed out in full.
Please consider editing your question according to this, to make it understandable to helpers and not only to yourself.

Remember that the basic arithmetic operators (+, -, *, /) can be used in formulas using the “Multiplication and Division before Addition and Subtraction” rule.
