When we export PDF, the PDF file has properties of “title” and “Author”. I know the “title” can be set by property of File in LO writer. But where I can set the “author” information. My exported PDF has strange author name which I did not set anywhere?

For new documents Tools > Options… > LibreOffice > User Data is where LO obtains author information to be inserted into a PDF. If the document has been authored elsewhere then it may contain meta-data that includes the name of the prior author. This can be reset under File > Properties… > General tab, by ensuring the Apply user data option is checked and clicking the Reset button. Note that this will also reset all editing details.
