Is it possible to convert a small calc sheet to an HTML page so it can be used from my FTP site? Fore example I would like my clients to estimate a cost based on the options they choose.

short answer: yes, that’s possible - just use File -> Save As and select
Filter: HTML Document (Calc) (.html)

Yes it save in html format, but you cannot edit it.
Is there a way I can save it in HTML with working formulas? Like if I want to use it in a web page.

By the way, HTML is just a markup language. It does not provide any calculations.
