Set page margins to 0 and be sure that your printer can realize that…

Hello,

if you just want to print line paper you may use these templates:

32-Lines No Numbers: LinedPaper-32-Lines-NoNumbers.ott
32-Lines Numbered: LinedPaper-32-Lines.ott

Attention: These Templates use a table, thus are mainly designed to be printed.

Format > Spacing (choose your desired line spacing)

Format > Paragraph > (dialog opens)
click on “Borders” tab
In the User Defined box, add a bottom border.
Uncheck: “Merge with next paragraph” (under Properties)
Press OK button.

Now each time you press the enter key (new paragraph), a line will appear on the page. Press enter for as many lines as you want.

Setup document margins from the ruler in “Normal” view. Document margin settings are dependent on the printer capabilities close to the edge of the paper.

Menu Format → Page style.
On tab ‘Page’ make sure the option ‘Background covers margins’ is checked.
On tab ‘Area’ select ‘Hatch’. Use line type ‘Single’, angle 0, and set Spacing and Line color to your needs.

With the same method you can easily get squared paper as well.
