How can I make a keyboard shortcut in Calc to insert in current cell contents of the cell directly above it? Something like Clrl+' in Excel

There is a shortcut already, it is "Ctrl D" - this also works in my version of excel.

I am using Linux Mint15, and I do not use the repository but download direct from the LO website. This ensures the Shortcuts are as standard and not modified to suit any particular distro like Ubuntu's global bar.
