Label wizard does not accept the name of the table

I have two spreadsheets in ods format containing addresses. I created databases for both spreadsheets.
Printing labels from the first sheet works fine.
When I open the label wizard and enter the name of the database of the second sheet I cannot enter the name of the table.

Hello,

Only registered database names are allowed. It is probable the one not working is not registered. For list of registered DB’s from menu go to Tools->Options. Then in left pane under LibreOffice Base select Databases. In right pane is list of registered DB’s. If not listed you can add. With a registered database selected the tables available are listed in the drop down. You can only select from that list.

Now you question is not quite clear as to whether you have one Calc file with multiple sheets or two Calc files with one sheet each. When creating a database from a Calc file if there are multiple sheets, different tables will be created based upon the data on the sheets. You should always verify the table names generated and the data contained in each as multiple tables can be created even for a single sheet.
