How to quickly replace headings?

Is there any way I can do a find and replace all heading 4s to heading 5, all heading 3s to heading 4 etc?

Hi mango, with Menu/Edit/Search&Replace - [More options] there is one for “Search for Styles” mark it and you can Search one style and Replace for another one.
