Hide numbering in Heading 1, only

Hallo,
I need to have a strange chapter and paragraphs numbering:
Heading 1 (Chapter Title) must NOT contain numbers
Heading 2,3,4 must contain the Chapter number and the paragraph number.

Example:

CHAPTER TITLE

1.1 Paragraph Title

I tried to set the numbering for Heading 1 to None and then, the chapter number was not present at Heading 2, 3,4.
