How can I automatically start a Windows Media Playlist from within Impress?

I can create an interaction with an object on a slide to start Windows Media player by entering the line

C:\Program Files\Windows Media Player\wmplayer.exe

I’d like to start the player fullscreen with a specific playlist. Is this possible? If so, how can I add the parameters to the line so it can be done?
