Is there a way to implement a dark mode for LibreOffice? Or are there development plans to implement a dark-mode switch?

if you want to get information about development plan I suggest you
- go to Bugzilla
- search for enhancement requests
- select those, who have someone assigned to the enhancement (those which don’t have an Assignee: consider as *not in development)
since users here answering other users questions have no other choice than doing that, if they want to get information about what’s in the development pipeline.
There is a dark mode in Linux: I use it all the time. But it seems that it does not exist for Windows users:
