Calc 'Search not found' when data is from VLOOKUP

I have columns of data in my spreadsheet (insect species names) which is populated via VLOOKUP.

When I use the ‘Find’ box to take me to a specific line, i.e. Incurvaria masculella - I receive the response ’ Search key not found’ even though it is clearly there.

I’m assuming this is because the search is seeing the VLOOKUP formula?

Is there a way that I can still use the ‘Find’ box as there are over 2500 rows so not feasible to manually scroll?

Use F&R with Search in : Values.
