Enable HUD for LibreOffice 4 on Ubuntu 13.04

Dears,
I have Ubuntu 13.04 bundled with LibreOffice 4, but I can’t enable HUD for it.

I have searched in the Ubuntu software center for lo-menubar but there is no result, any help please?

This is: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libreoffice/+bug/1045353 and should be fixed in Ubuntu 13.10.
