How to Change the Color of the Tool Buttons to Gray instead of Blue. I am Using Arc Theme for Ubuntu 19.10.

Sorry - this site is about questions How to … related to LibreOffice functionality. What got this question about an Ubuntu theme to do with LibreOffice? It seems obvious that a property of a theme needs to the changed within the theme and not from an application the theme is applied to.
