LibreOffice 6.3 (Mac OS 10.14.4) - Fatal Error - User installation could not be completed

Hi there

Trying to install LibreOffice for Mac… I get the following message:

LibreOffice 6.3 - Fatal Error
The application cannot be started.
User installation could not be completed.

I have retried it several times to same effect. And also tried the newer version… same message.

My OS is is Mojave 10.14.4
