Whenever i have a libreoffice app open, even if its minimized i get tool tips pop ups over other applications that are in the foreground. For example if i have calc open but minimized and then open firefox I get tool tips from calc depending on where my mouse is on the screen, just as if calc was not minimized but full screen and in the foreground.
Is this a bug or a setting? I do want the tool tips but only when i have libreoffice in the foreground and not minimized
