is there a way to get presentations from LibreOffice Milano 2013 conference? I see presentation titles on:
http://conference.libreoffice.org/2013/en/program but no presentations available for download.

There are live feeds available of the 2013 conference (via the Streams menu) but that is all I have heard about to date.
EDIT: Given the prior (Berlin 2012) conference used a generic directory (e.g., http://conference.libreoffice.org/talks/) the LO website admin may still be trying to merge the two lots of content so they have a common and more logical structure that includes a year in the directory.
I am interested in presentation slides (e.g. Impress).
Second link is for Berlin 2012 only - I can tell by looking at Room column (all are German names).

What I meant was that the link does not include a year, so hopefully the LO admins will move all conference files under a year-based structure to make it easier to locate everything. Otherwise, you will need to know the session number (071?) at which this year’s conference files begin. The 2013 ODP files may not be available yet.
