After I had to restart my computer when LibreOffice was open, I can’t start it again. When I open it, I see loading screen and then blank window which doesn’t respond even after a long time. I can’t also open it by opening LibreOffice documents. I tried reinstalling LO and updating Windows 8, but it doesn’t help.
When I wrote libreoffice --safe-mode in terminal, I got ‘libreoffice’ is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. I tried emptying the folder %APPDATA%\libreoffice\4\user but it didn’t help. Deleting LibreOffice folder in AppData\Roaming too.
The same problem is on guest account.

Right click -> Runon Windows Start menu - Type
"%ProgramFiles%\LibreOffice\program\soffice" --safe-modeinto Open text field (including the double quotes) - Click OK
- Archive your profile expanding
Advanced(click on the word Advanced right above Help button) and clickArchive User Profilebutton (could be omitted, since you already deleted the user profile). - Click button
Continue in Safe Mode - Check whether LibreOffice starts
If that works, you probably have an issue with OpenGL. Perform the same procedure as above, but use option
[o] Configure[X] Disable hardware acceleration (OpenGL, OpenCL)- Click button
Apply Changes and Restart
