since I installed the new version 6.4, I can’t open the program. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the latest version 6.4.2 and the result is the same - the program cannot be opened. previously I had an older version 6.3 installed and it worked flawlessly. now I tried to install the older version backwards, but this one cannot be opened anymore. I can’t imagine what the problem is, can anyone advise me?

You can try to reset the user profile, as described in LibreOffice user profile - The Document Foundation Wiki. On Windows it should be sufficient to move or delete %APPDATA%\libreoffice\4\user.
I SOLVED THE PROBLEM.
I had experienced the same problem that i could not open any files (i use 6.4.2 version). I tried to disable the hardware acceleration, and it works now.
