printing Format (Calc)

I am using Version: 6.4.2.2 for MacBook under OS 10.15.4. The printing dialog is not the same as the one in the latest manual for Calc so I have no idea how to format the print job.

Problem: I want to print a table. The problem is that the program wants to put all the data on a single page so that when the print job is done the print is miniscule and hence illegible. I would like to have the data expanded to fit the page and enough pages to hold the whole table, with headers and footers on each page.

Please provide (or adapt) the settings in Format -> Page -> Tab: Sheet -> Section: Scale -> Dropdown: Scaling mode (I’m pretty sure that the setting is Fit prtint range(s) on number of pages and the setiing of Number of pages is 1 and hence LibreOffice prints as requested).

Thanks for your help. The menu for Version: 6.4.2.2 is different from what you described (e.g. no Tabs setting) but that is a minor detail. Your comments was very helpful, indeed!

On the settings menu, I clicked Format, then Page, then sheet then scale and picked each of the three choices. The only thing that was missing was a way to reduces/increase the spacing on the sheet so as to maximize the inclusion of content.
