Pivot Table not refreshing

Hi,

The pivot table refreshing only work for awhile after creating it. After some time it stop working. I mean when you right click to on the pivot table the refresh menu no longer appear.

The pivot table work so smoothly on Google Docs even auto refresh itself. That is how it should be I guess. I was hoping for the same in Libre. Is this a limitation in Libre or am I doing something wrong?

I using the latest version of Libre 4.1.2.3

Please help, I hate to be online all the time just to work spreadsheet. Hope to use Libre more.

This is still a problem. I am running version 6.4 of Libre Calc on Windows 10 64 bit system. At 600 rows + of my source sheet the pivot table on sheet 2 has stopped my being able to refresh its totals. Please say you have a solution for this. 2/1/2020 -Farmerpop

Can you reproduce this problem like step-by-step when this problem appears? If yes, then it is probably a bug and you should report it to https://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/bug/ If you report a bug then in “Sub components” select PIVOTTABLE tag.

I too have noticed inconsistent behaviour when refreshing pivot tables. I have a number of pivot tables which use the same named range. Sometimes they all refresh automatically; sometimes they will only refresh when selecting “Refresh” from the menu; and sometimes I need to select “Edit layout…” then “OK” to get a refresh. I have never found any consistency in this! The only good thing is, that whichever method it decides it needs, I still end up with a refreshed table.
