I set up a large landscape page in Draw, with a text box that covers most of the page. I want to print 4 sheets that can be pasted together to form a large poster. Print on Multiple Sheets produces a jumbled set of 4 pages, with parts of the text on each page, but not coherent.
If Draw does not work satisfacorily try out: PosteRazor. (Convert your drawing into raster graphics.)
So far I have managed to export the draw page as a PDF.
I was then able to distribute the PDF over several pages using the print menu.
I gave up. Saved as a PDF, then printed on Multiple Sheets from Acrobat Reader (takes some fiddling there as well). Awkward, clumsy. Too bad this doesn’t work properly.
Sorry ebot, I didn’t notice your comment. Print menu from what application? Libreoffice? Open PDF in Libreoffice? Not sure what you did.
Yes, I also opened the PDF with Acrobat Reader and then made the appropriate print settings.
