How to view a list of available formulas on Calc

On LO Calc, when I start typing a formula, for example =SUMPRODUCT, it show the possible formulas as shown below:

If I want to select a different formula among all AutoInput options I need to use the Ctrl + Tab shortcut. The problem is that, in order to reach the desired formula (which in this case is SUMPRODUCT) I need to press this shortcut multiple times.

Is there a way to show a dropdown list of autoinput options in a similar fashion to what MS Excel does?

I know that some people will try to convince me that this is not necessary and that I could simply type =SUMP and my autoinput option would already be =SUMPRODUCT, but I consider the dropdown list approach more useful when I want to explore all possible formulas.

Very interesting! I had asked this question in the German Mail Listing and nobody could answer that the selection works with CTRL + TAB. I was only told to click on Fx.

On Formula Bar, click Function Wizard Icon

This is not what I was looking for, but for the moment it will do the trick. So it means that it is not possible to show available formulas using a dropdown list as in Excel?

The other alternative is to just start typing the formula preceded by “=” and the tooltip will list functions which can be scrolled through with Ctrl+Tab as @dscheikey said above until there are no more choices. The interface is different to excel.

… So it means that it is not possible to show available formulas using a dropdown list as in Excel?

yes - that’s correct. No function list via dropdown. But you may find View -> Function List useful.
