During installation of the new release I get an error message nr 1303 telling me that I need administrator rights. But I am running the program as the administrator on my PC (Win7). What to do now?

Problem solved.
(There was also another user (not administrator profile) active on the computer.
After closing the other users session, the installation went smoothly.
