Global Setting for Zoom

Is there a global setting for either each program in the LibreOffice Suite or, even better, one that could be applied to all the programs at once for Zoom?

I recently got a laptop with a 17" 1920 x 1080 monitor that looks great but the text In LibreOffice programs show up smaller than my old eyes appreciate. I can reset zoom every time I open a document but that is a nuisance (polite term). If I save the zoomed document, the setting will stick when I reopen it but the text will too large if I open it in a computer with a larger monitor, such as 24".

I’m using Linux Mint Cinnamon 19.3, btw. I’m using Version: 6.0.7.3.

The overall size of elements on your screen, including fons, are determined by the settings of your computer, i.e., display resolution and operating system settings.

As you indicate, zoom settings are saved in the document. To have a document displayed with a similar size on different computers, you will need to adapt the display settings of these different computers.

I did not understand any of that. Also, I’m looking for a global setting for just LibreOffice programs, not all programs, on one particular computer.

I am trying to explain that overall zoom is determined by your computer. There is nothing that LibreOffice can do. You will need to adjust your computer, not LibreOffice. LO saves zoom settings, so the document will be opened with the same zoom setting everywhere. I simplified the writing, so I hope it is more easily understood.
