Please, I tried to change things alfter doing in tools-mail merge wizzard but it does not accept.

F.e. if I choose letter, then want the places in the rectablge to be different (f.e. more spaces between salutation , name and surname,
more empty rows between place and citty etc).
Do I have to do all the bussines again from the whole beginning in that case or is therea “shortcut” method?
