I have tried the option, wrap text section and none of the options are available. All of the options are grayed out and unavailable

“wrap text”: do you mean “justify the line from margin to margin”?
“end of a line in the middle of a paragraph”: should I read “end of a paragraph in the middle of a line”?
'All of the options": which one have you tried? Format>Paragraph? Tools>Options? Other?
