If I choose choose Fontwork for a Text in LOffice-“Draw” and select the vertical shadow it will not be shown.
If I choose another symbol in the second row (the one with 5 symbols, for squares and lines) in the fontwork popup the shadow will be shown. Would like to add schreenshots but I am not allowed to do so.
This is true for my "old " 4.0.x documents as well, all shadows of this kind are gone.
