Unable to print since upgrading to 6.4

Hello, I upgraded to the 6.4 version of LO two days ago and now I can’t print a basic document. I’ve followed the video tutorial by clicking on the printer icon which takes me into the preview page but there’s no option to ‘OK’ or ‘Print’ after this. I keep going round in circles, any help would be most appreciated.
The laptop is HP and the printer is a Canon 3000 series. Neither has been an issue beforehand and I can still print from the laptop just not via LO.

Do you mean the size of my laptop screen when you say display? It’s 14" so yes, probably 1366x768

I don’t know what the previous version was other than the one before 6.4. My operating system is Windows 10

Ok, so I’m definitely working on a 1366x768 resolution. As for the version of LO before 6.4 a few days ago, I’ve looked on the help section but am still at a loss. My daughter thinks it was 6.4.0 but again, we’re unsure.

Is this what you mean? (By the way, I really do appreciate your help and patience, I’m sorry I’m not more tech-savvy.)

What’s your display size - is it 1366x768 or smaller? Check #tdf127782. If you need more advice you need to mention your

• Operating system
• Exact LibreOffice version (previous version might be useful as well)
• Info from Help -> About LibreOffice

Display means your screen - yes. And please: 6.4 is not sufficient for the LibreOffice version, since until now there are:

• 6.4.0
• 6.4.1
• 6.4.2
• 6.4.3
• 6.4.4 (released last week)

and it is important which one you have - please add info from Help -> About LibreOffice

Display size: probably lacks a degree of certainty. Please check Windows Start -> Settings -> System -> Display -> Item: Display resolution

Thanks for your additional information - your problem is a bit strange, since on my system the print dialog for a LibreOffice 6.4.3 installation is only 660x650 hence it should fit into your display. Several options now:

• Provide a screenshot of your print dialog
• Restart LibreOffice in Safe Mode (Help -> Restart in Safe Mode) and test, if your problem persists (If it won’t persist, then probably your LibreOffice profile is corrupted and you need to reset to factory settings)
• Update to 6.4.4 (released last week), were there was a rework/change in the print dialog again

No - the photo doesn’t show the details. Use Windows Snipping Tool or Snip & Sketch (new MS Tool) to create screenshots.

Why don’t you just drag the printing dialog window towards the upper border of your screen? There is plenty of space above. Click with your mouse into the title bar of the print dialog window (labelled Print), keep mouse button pressed and drag the window upwards.
