I added the dictionary to LibreOffice Writer by downloading the English Dictionary, then clicking it, then letting it install. If I start a new text document, spell check and auto correct works fine. If I open an existing .odt document, and then misspell something, the spell check doesn’t work! If I high-lite the mistake, click spell check button, I get an error, “No Dictionary Available”. So it doesn’t seem to be there even if I choose a dictionary in the dialog box. Any suggestions? This is only an issue with older, existing documents I have already created. Any suggestions?
