Hello everyone. I am aware there is no built-in dark mode and there’s a bug for making LO compatible with Windows 10 dark mode. Well, I use Windows 8.1, so there is little guarantee any changes will affect me. What I decided to do is theme LO Writer’s UI by hand. This is what I got so far:
It’s looking good, but apparently there is no way to darken some parts of the UI, namely:
- The comments area; and
- The sidebar (navigator etc.).
The ruler (not shown) is also bright, but it’s not as important and really doesn’t bother me.

What I would like to know, please, is: is there some way to manually set the colors for the remaining light areas of the UI? I.e., am I not seeing them (there or anywhere else) or rather there is really no way to do it for now?
