Libre Office 6 -New Icon

I have 2 questions:

  1. While I find LO6 an excellent app I also find the icon rather underwhelming. SO I designed my own icon which, in my humble opinion, has a much nicer esthetic. I’d like to share it with the community, but I just don’t know where/how to do that. Please advise.
  2. I would like to find the source file for the LO6 “stacked colored blocks” logo from the splash screen. Where can I find that?
