I want to edit some pdfs. using Libre office draw to open. But it formats all pages as portrait even though some of them are landscape. Moreover I’m not able to format the specific pages into landscape. I’ve checked all the options on the net but doesn’t seem to be available for draw. The ones available are for writer.

yes you are right - it is impossible to use different page layouts in a single Draw document. This would require the implementation of page styles (slide styles) for Draw. There is a long running enhancement request for this feature to be implemented:
