My Windows 10 apps list shows 2 versions of LibreOffice, 6.4.4.2 (installer icon), and 6.4.5.2 installed program icon. See attachmentC:\fakepath\2 instances in apps list.jpg

When I try to uninstall or modify 6.4.4.2 I cannot I get this: C:\fakepath\unable to modify or uninstall.jpg

I also found that in the registry there are many entries for version 6.4.4.2 that should be for 6.4.5.2 or should be deleted.

Does anyone know how to fix this so I can get rid of the 6.4.4.2 which is not an installed program?
