I accidentally erased the contents of my expense file in the calculator section how can I regain it?
Did you not have a backup of your file?
If you didn’t delete the file but just some of the content and you haven’t saved it since then, the version of the file you opened before you deleted the content will still be there so close the sheet but without saving it.
If the spreadsheet is still open, you can use the back arrow «undo» on the toolbar using the down arrow by the side of the arrow you can select the action you wish to undo.
If you deleted the file (dependant on the OS you are using) it may still be in your trash bin so restore it from there.
For the future, use something like a cloud based service (I use Dropbox) and call the file from there. Dropbox has the facility to restore a deleted file up to 30 days later. Dropbox provides a significant amount of cloud storage free of charge - Dropbox. Remember, you are only ever as good as your last backup!
