How can I disable (not remove) Libreoffice extensions installed from Pamac like LanguageTool or TextMaths, because in extension manager the disable button is disabled.

You can disable the custom installed Extensions only. You can not disable the extensions tha was installed together with office suite. But you can uninstall them.
I suppose it, if this property is same with manual Enabling/Disabling procedure, and when you try to do it by some API functions.
“This is how we’ve always done it” = bloatware.
“This is how it works” is not the same as, “This is how it can be improved”.
Who do you answer by this? and which words in particular? or are you just talking to yourself?
