You can’t.
Draw has its own style feature which is different from Writer. Styles in Draw target shapes. Global text properties can be set in a style and it applies, as said, globally. To mimic what can be done in Writer, use “direct formatting”.
I remind you that Draw is meant to design drawings, charts, schemas, … Its text boxes or shapes are supposed to hold short labels, not elaborate long text paragraphs.
Consider that a Draw chart will give the structure of the information with “symbolic” labels. You can then describe what these “symbols” mean in the main Writer discourse or in footnotes. The Draw chart is the a “figure” in the Writer document.
