I updated to the latest version 7 a few days ago . Subsequently it would not run. so had to uninstall. Then reinstalled 6.4.6 but now I’m getting missing VCRuntime file. Tried to fix, no good. So uninstalled and reinstalled again, but getting same problem. Any help??

Same thing happened to me with Firefox, my default browser, Edge works fine (thank god), but what the hell did it do? It asked for a restart and poof Firfox was toast. And then the libre didn’t work, the text on the buttons was all invisible. The icons were there and interactive, but no labels, same when I tried typing in a Writer doc, no visible words. Not an auspicious start for a first time user. I’ve spent the whole morning troubleshooting this and Firefox STILL won’t work!
