How do I correctly go back to 6.4.6?
7.0 keeps crashing and freezing.

The Fresh versions are not published for a daily work.

Use the recent Still version. (LO 6.4.5, LO 6.4.6 today)
If you are a volunteer, a tester then report the possible “bug” on the bug reporting page:
Just unistall the 7.0.0, then remove the rest parts of the program directory, and the LO User profile. Then you can reinstall the older (Still) version. The installer files of the Still version are available on the official download pages.
