How do you want to print the labels? With Writer, Calc or Draw? Unless you use them all, retag your question with the name of the application writer, calc or draw and erase common.
Did you look in File > New > Labels and in field Brand select Avery Letter Size, in field Type 8660 Ink Jet Clear Address?
To use labels read either Help or Writer Guide . Cheers, Al

Mail merge is not “user friendly” for most people. Familiarity will make it easier

Always try to print the label-document on a normal paper first (one page only). Then compare the result to an empty label paper.
