downloaded 7.0.1

I was prompted that their was a newer version 6.4.6
I went to download and saw their was a newer version 7.0.1 so I downloaded that.
Now when I pull up my document there is data missing.
Is possible to recover version before 6.4.6?

Or first try Menu/Help/Restart in Safe Mode, and with a clean profile.

Might be a rendering issue? Turn off Skia to see, Tools > Options > LibreOffice > View and untick Use Skia

There is “data missing”, linked data to a Calc sheet? It is a new version of LO so your anti-virus might be preventing access to your files. Unblock soffice.bin under anti-ransomware settings if that is the case.

On a potentially related note, I had a recent Windows update two days ago which prevented me from pasting some content from Draw, or prevented me from seeing it (not sure which, it was a blank , borderless rectangle). I found a Net update waiting to be installed in Windows Update, so I allowed that and now it works again.

I strongly suggest turning of Skia before trying anything else.

Do you have Windows? Try restart, if that doesn’t fix issue have a look in Start Menu > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and see if there is an update including (KB4576947) in the name. If so download and install it, it might fix the problem you are experiencing.

Hi there, you can download previous versions of LibreOffice here: Download LibreOffice | LibreOffice - Free Office Suite - Based on OpenOffice - Compatible with Microsoft

Scroll down a bit and you’ll find a link to download LibreOffice 6.4.6. You can also select your operating system. Here’s a screen shot:

If you need even older versions of LibreOffice, you can scroll down to the bottom of the page, as on this screen shot:

Hope it helps!
