If your problem occurs only with Writer, retag to erase common (meaning it also happens in Calc, Impress, Draw, …) and libre-write and replace them with writer (official tag).

Edit your question to mention your OS and LO version. Better describe your problem.

  • is your Canon printer connected through USB, Wi-Fi or Ethernet (network printer)?

  • can you print other Writer documents?

  • does your printer receive any data? (is there some blinking LED on the printer?)

  • you have a text box (containing “Anh Tang”) positioned over the leader dots; does your document print when you remove this box?

Note: you should not use text boxes to fill the “fields” of your form. Type directly where you see the leader dots (created by the tab stop).

In the printer dialog did you set the paper size to A5 Landscape? The paper seems a bit crooked, have you properly adjusted the moveable guides in the paper tray?

The anchor point for the logo (anchor to character) is off the page to the left which is quite bizarre and might suggest a different original file format. It might be worth re-building the document/template in LO

You could Anchor > Anchor to page which will bring the anchor point for the logo inside the page boundaries, then move the logo back to where it should be, might need two attempts to move. I have no idea if that would make a difference to printing.

Borders of central cells are seen dashed in the printed sample. Writer don’t allow to change it directly.

  • Select the table, choose menu Table - Properties… - Borders tab.
  • Click at the Presets: buttons Set No Borders and Set Outer Border and All Inners Lines (1st and 4th buttons).

See sample file. Added central tab marks to made easy to fill with data in the first dotted lines.

Different paper size in printer and document. Don’t need to be an issue.

Made with LibreOffice 6.3.6.2 (x86); OS: Windows 6.1.

But i can print that by using MS word ! And i can print A4 with Libreoffice, but A5 always have an issue.

Just understand the problem. So, the previous “answer” is not the answer. Repost as comment.

See that in your document, paper size is set to 210 * 188, and it may be 210 * 148.

If do you set paper size to A5, you need to put the A5 paper in the printer tray vertically (the narrow side first).

An alternative is to set paper size and print size to A4, and put the A5 paper in the printer tray horizontally (the wider side first). That way could take more time between one impression and another (what does not happen if the paper is A4 sized).
