How do you never paste cell format? [closed]

It's a bit silly that cell formatting is pasted by default. I wish I could color some cell background and never have to deal with it afterwards. Is there a way to customize LibreOffice so that format is NEVER pasted, but it is smart enough to paste formulas, numbers, or text? It's insane that I need 3 hotkeys just to paste stuff.

Do any of the "paste only" options help you? These should be "smart enough to paste formulas, numbers, or text" only, without formatting:

Paste Only

Which, copying B2, and using the "Formula" option from "Paste Only", gave me this result (note: no yellow background, although "A1+A2" has of course become "B2+B3"):

I'm not sure if that meets your needs, but worth noting.
